Domaine de Marquiliani Vin de Corse Rose de Pauline 2025 Grape | None Macerated for 3-4 weeksDomaine de Marquiliani is considered a pioneer of Corsican ros, as they were the first to plant Niellucciu and Syrah on their side of the island. Ros de Pauline is a Sciaccarellu and Syrah dominant blend, direct pressed and vinified in steel. The final wine is satisfyingly delicate, full of lifted floral aromatics and saline tinged acidity. Notes of red fruit, citrus, and sea breeze dominate the palate; a perfect escape to the rugged Corsican coast.
