Let me welcome you to the MGTF (ITF) website. Taekwondo – The Korean Art of Self Defence. Translated literally Taekwon-Do means “The Art of hand and foot fighting”, but it truly means more than that. The study of taekwondo will develop its practitioners to be balanced, disciplined and of good character.

At our school and centres children and adults train their mind, body and spirit. Our students learn to show respect, to be humble, honest and develop a strong self-confidence and character.

You will develop coordination, balance, strength and flexibility. Whether your goal is to get in better shape and lose weight, self-defence, or to train for competition in this Martial Art, we have classes for you.
